Check-In Instructions & Pet Policy1. A copy of a valid NID (for domestic guests) and passport & visa (for foreign guests) must be provided at check-in time in the hotel reception.
2. Pet not allow.
Cancellation Policy:1. 3 Month post pond as per hotel policy.
2. If guests will eligable for refund issue of GoNtrip or Hotel, GoNtrip will complete the refund within 7 working days.
Additional Service If Need1. Rollaway bed/ Extra Bed Fee: BDT 1000 (Per pax) Including Breakfast.
2. Extra Breakfast Fee: BDT 350 (Adult).
